Yallah Speak teaches the Arabic people actually speak. While most apps stop at Modern Standard Arabic, the formal language of news and books, Yallah Speak lets learners choose between ten varieties, from Moroccan Darija to Egyptian to Gulf Arabic, and puts speaking at the center: AI role-plays and debates answer naturally in the chosen dialect with a real voice, and pronunciation is rated word by word in real time. The app was founded in 2025 by Fouad El Ajouaoui, a developer raised in Germany with Moroccan roots who knew his family's Arabic only from the outside. The company is based in Qatar and serves more than 50,000 learners in 150 countries. Yallah Speak is free to download on iOS and Android, available in eight interface languages, and its website offers free tools such as an Arabic dialect translator.
