Yallah Speak is an Arabic language learning app that offers interactive role-plays, AI-powered dialogues, and personalized content to improve your speaking skills.

2. Registration and Access

Some features require registration using your email address and a password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 13, parental consent is required. We reserve the right to suspend accounts if this condition is not met.

4. Fees and In-App Purchases

Yallah Speak is free to download. Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions are offered and are processed exclusively via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All prices include applicable taxes.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect certain personal data during onboarding and app usage, such as:

• Your selected language
• Your email address
• Input and interaction data with the AI

These data are used solely to personalize your learning experience. Data is processed only by the following third-party services:

• Supabase (authentication and data storage)
• OpenAI (AI language processing)

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a respectful, educational context. You must not:

• Use the App to send or generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer or misuse the AI features
• Misuse the app's functionality outside the intended language learning purpose

We strive to provide a high-quality learning experience, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or completeness of content. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
